INTRO 1

In Intro 1, you’ll become familiar with the equipment, learn how to set up safely, and build a strong foundation in core Pilates principles like breath, alignment and control. Intro 2 introduces more movement variety, transitions and spring changes. You’ll continue to develop your core strength, coordination and stability while starting to flow between exercises with more ease and confidence. With baby nearby (in a carrier, stroller or on a blanket) you’ll move through a series of gentle yet effective exercises focused on core recovery, posture, pelvic floor awareness and full-body strength.
