What began as my own path to wellness has grown into a mission: to guide others toward greater confidence, resilience, and ease—both inside the studio and in everyday life.

As a passionate Pilates instructor in my 50s, I bring both personal experience and professional expertise to every class I teach. My journey with Pilates began as a way to support my own well-being, and over time, it became so much more; a path to strength, balance, and renewed purpose. What started as a personal practice has evolved into a deeply fulfilling career helping others move with greater ease, confidence, and vitality. I have been practicing for over 8 years, and I have been teaching for 4 in various types of facilities like small private gyms, premium fitness facilities and boutique studios.
I am certified through STOTT PILATES®, a contemporary, research-based approach to the method that emphasizes precision, breath, and alignment. I’m committed to creating an inclusive, encouraging space where clients of all ages and abilities feel supported and empowered through mindful movement.
Amelia Laforge
With over 15 years of experience teaching Yoga and Pilates, I am passionate about guiding students to move safely, confidently, and with joy. Earlier in my own practice, I faced a variety of injuries that taught me the importance of moving with awareness and incorporating diversity into my practice. By exploring different modalities and approaches, I was able to build greater resilience and strength, lessons I hope to share with my students.
As a lifelong student, I continue to seek inspiration and growth, bringing new perspectives and creativity to every class. My goal is to help students not only build strength and stability, but also discover a lasting enjoyment of movement that supports them both on and off the mat.

I’m Heather, and I specialize in helping people feel their best – strong in their bodies, clear in their minds, and steady in their breath. My teaching blends Pilates, yoga, and mindful movement to create space for strength, softness, and self-awareness. With over 25 years in the fitness world—and a lifelong connection to sport and the outdoors—I guide my clients through movement that supports not just muscles, but the nervous system and spirit. Every class is an invitation to return to your breath, your body, and your own rhythm.
